We will begin our call with comments from Paul McKinney, our Chairman of the Board and CEO, who will provide an overview of key matters for the full year. Before we begin our discussion, I would like to introduce our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, Sanu Joel, who joined our senior management team last Friday. Sanu brings more than 20 years of experience across upstream oil and gas investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic advisory roles with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, valuations, and financial strategy. For the last six years, Sanu was Managing Director, Co-Head of Energy Investment Banking at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., where he advised public and private EMP companies doing business in the Permian Basin, as well as other major US onshore basins.
