A: Basic Transcript Data is simply the raw text of the entire transcript in one long string. (JSON format) Enhanced Transcript Data includes additional metadata including: (1) Speaker groupings which split blocks of text up by who is speaking (with a speaker label) and (2) Word level timestamps. A: We use an event notification system to send you notifications as soon as new earnings events are available in our system. This means you don't have to perform any polling, and you will be notified in real-time.

A: Yes. The rate limit depends on the plan you choose.

A: Transcripts are typically made available within 15 minutes after the earnings call has concluded.

A: Yes. For most companies we have transcripts going back to the year 2020.

A: We use a state-of-the-art machine learning model for speech recognition and transcription, which performs remarkably well. However, since the transcript is computer generated, it may from time to time contain errors. Please take this into account for your particular use-case.
