Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you all for joining our fourth quarter 2023 earnings conference. Today, we will first have Mr. Junjun Tan, our executive director and president, make some remarks on our fourth quarter performance. President Tan will address in Chinese, and Kathy Chin, our deputy director of investor relations, will be the translator. After that, I will discuss our financial results and provide guidance for the next quarter. This will be followed by our question and answer session. Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining our earnings call. Hong Semiconductor reported fourth quarter 2023 revenue of $455.4 million with a gross margin of 4%, in line with our guidance.
