Good afternoon, good afternoon everyone. Welcome to our presentation. For those of you that are not familiar with myself and Andy, a little bit of a background on us or myself to start with. My name is Richard Morris. I've been with Tortilla since 2014. having been in the hospitality sector pretty much my entire career, having worked with brands such as TGI Fridays, Rainforest Cafe and part of the original management team of Lockfine Seafood Restaurants. So that's me, I'll pass over to Andy.

Hi, I'm Andy Naylor, CFO at Tortia, been in the business for nearly six years now. Obviously I'm the numbers guy, so numbers is my background, I started my career at Deloitte We're in Gas for a while before deciding I want to do something much more fun and work in the eating out industry.
