Good morning, everyone. I hope everyone is well. Welcome to our presentation on the 2023 full year and some of the things we're going to talk about strategy going forward. I'm absolutely delighted to be sat here this time I've obviously met lots of you before as the CEO of this wonderful business and to welcome Maria on board and Brandon joining us today as founder we'll do some intros in a second but we've got quite a detailed presentation which should answer most of your questions and obviously we're going to allow plenty of time at the end for some Q&A and we'll work through as many of those questions as we absolutely can so let's crack on with some introductions Brandon do you want to go first?
