Good morning, and thank you for joining us for our second quarter 2022 conference call. A few key messages to start with. In the first half of the year, revenue has increased by a 4.7%, and adjusted BDA has increased by a 3.7% on a comparable basis, while CAFI growth has been 6.7% up to $117 million. Our Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 44 cents and a half per share. Regarding growth and investments in growth, in the first half of the year until now, we have closed or re-marked investments between 160 and 180 million dollars. With that, I will turn the call over to Francisco, who will guide us through our financial results.
