Thank you, John. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us on today's call to discuss our first quarter 2021 financial results and recent business highlights. During the first quarter of 2021, we continued to advance our clinical development programs and strengthen our financial position, giving us the confidence and means to fund operations for the next several years based on our current development plans, while also allowing us to explore additional pipeline expansion opportunities. Over the last several months, we delivered on a number of strategic priorities in support of our robust autologous CD34 positive cell technology-based clinical pipeline, on which I will further expand in a few moments following the prepared remarks covering the financial results. With that, I will now turn the call over to James Nisko, our Vice President of Finance and Treasury, who will review and provide commentary on our quarterly financial results. James?
