Thank you, Jenny, and good morning, everyone. Today I'm joined by Brian Mackey, our president and CEO, and Chris Fraser, our next chief financial officer. We look forward to discussing our first quarter results with you, but first, Jordan Darrow, filling in for Chris Witty today on behalf of Darrow Associates, will provide a safe harbor statement.
