Thank you, John, and good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to the Crescendo Q1 2026 conference call. I am, as John said, Jeff Korn, Chairman of the Board and CEO. On the call with me today are Doug Gaylor, our President and COO, Ron Vincent, our CFO, and John Britton, our CRO. In a moment, I'm going to ask John to read the Safe Harbor Statement. After that, I will give some brief comments on our performance and strategy. Ron will then provide more details on the numbers before handing the call over to Doug to provide a business and sales update. After that, I will open the call up for questions. John, would you please read the safe harbor?
