Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us today. We have a presentation with Microbics Biosystems, where we're going to go through their fiscal Q1 results. With me today, I have Cameron Groom, CEO, Jim Curry, CFO, Ken Hughes, COO. Before we jump into everything, I don't think we're going to work off a presentation, but just so everyone's aware, this session will contain forward-looking statements.
