Thank you and good morning, everyone. Welcome to New Mountain Finance Corporation's First Quarter 2026 Earnings Call. On the line with me here today are Steve Klinski, Chairman of NMFC and CEO of New Mountain Capital, Laura Holson, COO of NMFC, and Chris Corbett, CFO and Treasurer of NMFC. As announced in our 8K, our CFO, Chris Corbett, will be leaving us at the end of May to pursue another career opportunity. Chris has been a valuable and respected member of the team. and we would like to thank him for his hard work during his time at New Mountain. Upon Chris's departure, Laura Holson will assume the additional duty of interim CFO until a successor is found. Steve is going to make some introductory remarks, but before he does, I'd like to ask Chris to make some important statements regarding today's call.
