John Marcioni, our Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer, and Tony Harnett, our Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will make remarks and address your questions. We're also pleased to have Patrick Brennan, our new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, join us. Thanks, Brad, and good morning. Before we discuss the quarter's results, I'm pleased to introduce our new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Brennan. Many of you are familiar with Patrick from his prior company. He has significant insurance experience and a deep background in corporate finance.
