Since Kent joined the board in 2015, he's been one of my most trusted advisors and mentors. Kent has a proven track record in good times and in bad as a successful CEO of a publicly traded company, and he thoroughly understands what is expected of a leader in that role. I'm confident that Kent will continue to work with our board and the entire Albemarle team to position the company for future success and to deliver long-term value for our customers, our employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
