Thank you, and good morning. Welcome to our third quarter earnings call. I'm Spencer Kern, Head of Investor Relations for American Tower. Joining me on the call today are Steve Vondran, our President and Chief Executive Officer, and Rod Smith, our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer.
