Great. Thanks, Operator, and welcome again to our call this morning. As usual, I am joined by Mark Rowan, CEO, Jim Zelter, President, and Martin Kelly, CFO. Earlier this morning, we published our earnings release and financial supplement on the investor relations portion of our website.
