Hello everyone, Jim Mintern here, CEO of CRH, and you're all very welcome to our Q2 2025 Results presentation and conference call. Joining me on the call is Nancy Beasley, our CFO, Randy Lake, our COO and Tom Holmes, Head of Investor Relations. Nancy was appointed to the role in May and her track record of financial leadership and operational insight will be invaluable as we undertake the next phase of our growth journey.
