Good morning and thank you for joining us today. I'm pleased to report a solid first quarter of 2026 for CTS with diversified sales up double digits as we continue to execute our diversification strategy. We also saw strong bookings momentum in the industrial and medical markets. In transportation, we see stability in revenue with modest growth in the first quarter. Overall, with growth in key end markets and solid execution, We believe the company is well positioned to deliver on its strategic objectives. Ashish Agarwal, our CFO, will take us through the safe harbor statement and later through our financials. Prateek Trivedi, our COO, will provide an update on the progress in each of our end markets.
