Thank you and good morning. Welcome to Hyatt's second quarter 2023 earnings call. Before we begin, I'd like to take the opportunity to welcome Adam Roman, who is now leading our investor relations and global financial planning and analysis teams. Adam has been with Hyatt for 19 years and has deep knowledge of the company, most recently overseeing Hyatt's global asset management team. I'd also like to recognize Noah Hoppe, who over the past three years has been instrumental leading Hyatt's investor relations and global FP&A teams. I'm excited to share that Noah has transitioned to a new role, joining our transactions team and supporting our growth strategy. With that, I'll turn the call over to Adam.
