Great. Thank you, Operator. Good morning. Welcome to Regal Rectors' first quarter 2026 earnings conference call. Joining me today are Louis Pinkham, our Chief Executive Officer, Rob Rehart, our Chief Financial Officer, and Rakesh Sakjav, Chairman of our Board of Directors. Turning to slide three, let me briefly review the agenda for today's call. Louis will lead off with brief opening remarks. Rakesh will then share remarks on our CEO succession, after which Louis will provide an overview of our first quarter performance, Rob will then present our first quarter financial results in more detail and discuss our updated 2026 guidance.
