Good morning. and welcome to South States third quarter 2022 earnings call. This is Will Matthews and joining me on this call are Robert Hill, John Corbett, and Steve Young. The format for the call will be that we will provide prepared remarks and we'll then open it up for questions. Yesterday evening, we issued a press release to announce earnings for the quarter. We've also posted presentation slides that we will refer to in today's call on our investor relations website. Good morning. Thank you for the opportunity to kick off the call today. I have just a couple of comments before I turn the call over to John. I want to thank our shareholders for your patience the last few years as we have moved through significant changes at South State. The timing to make major changes has turned out to be very good. as we have enhanced our size, our scale in great businesses, our efficiency, and rebuilt our technology platform. As the economy now approaches a more uncertain and turbulent time ahead, these are the times when South State will really stand out. The rebuilding of the company, along with our core funding, conservative credit culture, and great markets have us well positioned for the road ahead.
