Thank you, Celine. Good morning, and thank you for joining ST on our third quarter 2020 earnings conference call. Let me begin with some opening comments. Starting with Q3, as announced on October 1, 2020, net revenues were $2.67 billion, up 27.8% on a sequential basis, above the high end of our outlook range.
