Thanks very much, Maura. And hello, everyone. Good evening, good afternoon, good morning to everyone joining us today, wherever you are in the world. Welcome to our Q3 results conference call. Our presenters today are our CEO, Bjorn Gulden, and for the last time, our CFO, Harm Ohlmeyer. Also with us in the room is Birgit Kretschmer, who joined our executive board in September. And as you know, we'll take over from Harm at the beginning of next year. Welcome back, Birgit. As always, we will kick it off in a second with Bjorn and Harm taking you through the highlights of the quarter, our financials and the outlook.
