John, as you will recall, Joined us several years ago and then took over as a director of marketing and sales a couple of years ago and has a storied background and has been very helpful to me as a sounding board on a number of things since he's been CEO of some small companies and started some companies and was also involved in some multi, multi, multi-billion dollar companies running different marketing programs.
