Thank you, operator, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to ProSiebenSat-1's investor and analyst conference call on the occasion of the full year 2024 results published today. This conference call will be hosted by Bert Harbitz, CEO of ProSiebenSat-1, and Martin Miltner, CFO of the Group. Bert will begin by discussing key financial highlights of the year 2024. Martin will then give you a deeper insight into the financial performance of the Group and present our dividend proposal for the past financial year. Bert will then present operational highlights and give an update on the company's strategy as well as our new outlook for 2025.
