Thank you, and thanks to everyone for joining our call to discuss Vesta's first quarter 2021 financial and operating results. With us today from Vesta are Lorenzo Dominicero, Chief Executive Officer, and Juan Cepil, Chief Financial Officer. Yesterday, we issued our earnings pre-release after markets closed.
