Hello and welcome to Promimic's presentation of the results for the third quarter. My name is Heidi Bader and I am CFO at the company and I am here together with our CEO Magnus Larsson. Magnus, can you tell us a little bit about what has happened in the quarter?

Yes, I can. Promimic is growing by 6% compared to the same period last year. We are growing by 17% year to date and we are showing a positive EBITDA. If we look at MPI, which is our process unit, it remains at the same level if you look at year-to-date. And we grow strongly on the royalty side, which has grown by 29% year-to-date.

Royalty and licenses are important for our revenues and in the quarter we have signed a new license agreement and also have ten new implants approved for clinical use in the quarter. Can you tell us more about this?

Yes, this is a record for the quarter with 10 new products that our customers have registered and approved for clinical use. Together we now have 56 products with our technology on the market. We also have 19 licensing agreements, so we add one more to the 18 we had earlier. Our new license agreement is within the area of extremities, i.e. arms and legs, if you remove the knee and hip. So it's foot implant, wrist implant, elbow and shoulder. And what is most interesting is that it is an area within the orthopaedic system that is growing fast right now. The agreement we have written concerns three implantation systems, each of which concerns the foot of diabetes. And this is an area that is especially suitable for our technology.

And then our customers have received new data.

Yes, our customer Kuriteva has done a follow-up with patients. There are 11 patients that they follow up and you look at leg growth and both how it grows through the implant, but also how it grows into the 3D printed porous structure in the implant. This is incredibly interesting data for ProMimic. It shows that our surface modification, what we have shown in in vivo studies, is also implemented in the clinical situation. And in the next step, we will be following up on over 700 patients, which is incredibly interesting and we look forward to it.

Yes, indeed. If we look at the financial side, we see a positive result for these deductions of SEK 119,000. And this is a clear improvement compared to Q3 2023. The cash flow will be higher with our expansion in both premises, equipment and staff.
