Hello and welcome to ProMimic's presentation for our report for Q4 and the whole year 2024. For the quarter of 2024, ProMimic grows by 24%. We have a positive EBITDA for the second quarter in a row and we amount to 12.6 million. Our core business, royalty and licenses, is growing by 41%.

During the quarter, we also signed a contract. And at the beginning of the year, we signed a new contract. Would you like to comment on that?

Yes, it was a relatively small customer who had not made their claims to us. We then chose to sign a contract with them to free up resources to put on more profitable projects. At the same time, we had a negotiation with another company that was a little bigger and we signed a contract with them at the beginning of the new year.

Another milestone that was achieved was that we passed two million implants sold for clinical use. It took us seven years to reach one million implants and only two years to reach two million.

It's a very exciting reading and very fun. With that increase in pace, the future of ProMimic can be very interesting and exciting. We are very proud that our technology has achieved the use that we are now achieving in the fourth quarter.

If we look at the financial side, we see a positive result ahead of deductions of SEK 179,000. This is a clear improvement compared to Q4 2023. The cash flow has also improved compared to Q4 2023. For the whole year, the turnover landed at SEK 44 million, which gives an increase of 19% year-over-year.

Another very important and interesting thing that happened at the end of last year was that we got our results from a research project that we were doing. We looked at how bacteria attach to our surface modification. And we published the results here just a week ago. And it turns out that we reduce the number of bacteria on the implant surface by between 33 and 46 percent when we study this in the laboratory. So it's very interesting and we will continue this interesting research and see if we can affect and improve it even more, either alone or in combination with other subjects.
