Hi, welcome everyone. I'm Thomas Georgiadis, CFO of the company.

And I'm Mikael Nikander, and I'm the vice president of the company. We're going to take you through our Q&A, and hope for many interesting questions after the break. If we start with our financial goals, our most important financial goal is that we're going to spend 12% of our capital over a conglomerate cycle. If we then jump in and look at our Q1 figures, we can see that the administrative results have increased by about 16% compared to the corresponding period last year. The rental income is 257 million SEK and we have also had a positive change in value in the quarter, if not small.
