Thank you, Carl, and thanks, everyone, for taking the time to dial into our conference call today. On the line with me are George Burns, President and CEO, Phil Yee, Executive Vice President and CFO, and Brock Gill, Senior Vice President, Projects and Transformations. Brock Gill will present operations today as Joe Dick is joining the call from a location that may experience connectivity issues.
