Perfect. Thanks very much, Callum. I appreciate everybody joining today right before a long weekend. It's been an exciting quarter for us. We're starting to see some traction on the revenue side. Lots and lots of progress that we've made here. Excited to dig into it all today. I'll turn it over to our chairman, Scott Patterson for some initial introductory comments and we'll go through some numbers and end with a brief Q&A.

Appreciate everybody's time before Labor Day. Getting a lot of inquiries about our stock price. It's been weak. We have had some persistent sellers. My sense is that we're pretty close to the end of that. And we've been... We've been focused appropriately on cleaning that up, which I'm optimistic will take place in the next little bit here. I bought a lot of stock, as people can check, obviously public knowledge as chairman of the board, and we'll continue to buy stock. I think our valuation is ridiculously cheap. and part of the rationale for saying that is simply that so many of the pieces of the puzzle that we've been working on over the last year or so are coming together. And to refresh everybody's memory, the big, big, big opportunity is we think the future agent app is highly unique, highly efficace, and that consumers, when they are exposed to it, will value it greatly. And why will they? Really two concepts. One is that you save time every single day. Imagine having ChatGPT In your app, which is ostensibly what takes place by virtue of the technology that's embedded in the app. And by the way, when we say app, it's really an omnibus platform. So it's a web version as well. The app has launched in the App Store initially for our future payments customers, which are primarily in New York State, but quickly moving into other states in the US as well. And increasingly will include Canadian consumers as well. But back to the premise, everybody's heard it. Thank you so much for joining us today. Google anything on the planet. What time is the restaurant open? What's on the menu? And they sell targeted ads. I'm the guy who accepts cookies. I don't want ads that have nothing to do with me. I may as well see something that could be germane to me. And they keep all the money. Meta that owns Facebook and Instagram, same model. ChatGPT has announced that they've started to sell ads, the same model. Our premise is really simple, that a business disruption is about to come to the world. and that disruption is simple. The consumer will share in the monetization of their data. I think we have one slide here that I wanted to share aspirationally what we look at and it's a company called Built. If you haven't looked at it, you should. It's very, very cool. They've got 5 million users at this point. Of course, that's a long way away from our 40,000 future payment customers today. But our view is this is something achievable. We think a lot faster than the next five years, but let's just say over a five-year timeframe, built and created tremendous value. You can see the valuation. Jay Graver, Jim Bottrell, FUTR Corporation, Jay Graver, Jim Bottrell, Jason Gordon Ewart, John Cerny, Richard Graub, Vince Lee, and by the way if you do it through built a couple things happen your credit rating goes up if you pay on time and you get a whole bunch of rewards and then you can unlock benefits associated with the rewards and there's a credit card that comes with it and the private markets have said that that is an incredible business model because there's so much value being unlocked in terms of the data and ostensibly it's a way for consumers to share in the monetization of their data and with 5 million users which is something that you know is not tomorrow but is that in three years that's achievable we're saying five let's be conservative in great success obviously it could be much more than that but you can see how built is valued and we're about creating shareholder value and here we are today with a 21 million dollar market cap at about 400 market cap per user and we're saying based on our strategies which Alex is going to jump into in real time We think we're going to have very, very rapid growth with respect to our user base and measured in hundreds of thousands. And then you cross the million threshold with that goal of emulating where built is today. So that's what I just wanted to say. I want to be on record. I think if people are selling it, they're not understanding the strategy or they're bored. I get it. People can be disappointed. I apologize to people that have bought the stock at higher prices. I can tell you we're working our butts off and we're going to create great value. at the end of the day, and it's coming in real time. So Alex, over to you. I may jump back in as you make comments.
