Joining me on the call are Dick Rosella, our Chairman, President, and CEO, and Jim Michaud, our Chief Financial Officer. Dick and Jim are going to review our fourth quarter and full year 2024 results and provide an update on the company's strategic progress and outlook, after which we'll open up the line for Q&A.
