Thank you, Jenny, and good morning, everyone. Today I'm joined by Brian and Maggie, our president and CEO. and we look forward to discussing our second quarter results with you. But first, Chris Whitty, our investment relations advisor, will provide a brief State Harbor statement. Chris?
