Thank you, Paul, and good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to the Crescendo Q3 2025 conference call. I'm Jeff Korn, Chairman of the Board and CEO. On the call with me today are Doug Gaylor, our President and COO, Ron Vincent, our CFO, and John Brinton, our CRO. In a moment, John will read the Safe Harbor Statement.
