I hope you have had the opportunity to review Dyadic's press releases announcing financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. On today's call, our President and CEO, Mark Emelfarb, And our Chief Operating Officer, Joe Hazleton, will give a review of our second quarter 2024 business and corporate highlights, including a brief summary of our recent research and business development efforts. I will follow with a review of our financial results in more detail. And our Chairman, Patrick Lucey, will provide a commentary on the strategic direction of the business at the end of the call.
