With me today are David Berg, Chief Executive Officer, and David Willis, Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer. For today's call, David Berg will begin with a brief review of our third quarter performance and discuss the progress against our fiscal 22 priorities. Then David Willis will provide additional details regarding our financial performance and our guidance.
