With me today from Global E, excuse me, are Amir Shluket, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ofer Karin, Chief Financial Officer, and Nir Devi, Co-Founder and President. Amir will begin with a brief review of the business results for the first quarter ended March 31st, 2022. Ofer will then review the financial results for the first quarter, followed by the company's outlook for the second quarter and full year of 2022. will then open the call for questions.
