Thank you, Carolyn. Good morning, and thank you for joining the Integra Life Sciences third quarter 2022 earnings conference call. Joining me on the call are Jan DeWitt, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Carrie Anderson, Chief Financial Officer. Earlier today, we issued a press release announcing our third quarter 2022 financial results. The release and corresponding earnings presentation, which we will feature during the call, are available at Integralife.com under Investors, Events and Presentations, and a file named Third Quarter 2022 Earnings Call Presentation. Before we begin, I would like to remind you that many of the statements made during this call may be considered forward-looking statements. Factors that could cause actual results to differ materially are discussed in the company's exchange reports filed with the SEC and in the release. Also in our prepared remarks, we will make reference to both reported and organic revenue growth. Organic revenue growth excludes the effects of foreign currency, acquisitions, divestitures, as well as discontinued products. Unless otherwise stated, all disaggregated and franchise-level reporting revenue growth rates are based on organic performance. And lastly, our comments today will include certain non-GAAP financial measures. And with that, I will turn the call over to Jan.

Thank you, Chris, and good morning, everyone. Let me start by reviewing our third quarter and year-to-date business highlights on slide four. Looking back to Integra's performance over the past nine months, We started the year strong, the second quarter building nicely from our first quarter momentum. And despite choppy waters in the microenvironment and disruptions within our supply chain, we capitalized on the steady recovery of procedures in our markets, while protecting our profitability in an inflationary environment. Over the third quarter, we continued to see a recovery of procedure volumes, leading to solid growth across most of our product portfolio. At the same time, we largely contained the impact of all challenges, such as increased foreign exchange headwinds and continuing supply challenges.
