With us on the call today are Mr. Drora Sharon, CEO of CENSTAR Technologies, Mr. Fabien Robert, Managing Director of CENSTAR and Interim CEO of CENSTAR Technologies, and Mr. Tomer Hay, CFO. Dror will summarize the key financial and business highlights, followed by Tomer, who will review SendStar's financial results in detail for the full year and the fourth quarter.
