Thank you, Ed. We want to thank everyone who's joined us on the conference call today and to express our appreciation for your continued interest in Alamo. The third quarter shaped up broadly in line with our expectations, and we were very pleased with the financial results reported today that were produced in an increasingly challenging operating environment. Despite persistent inflation, higher interest rates, and ongoing labor constraints, our teams achieved record quarterly results for sales and earnings for the eighth consecutive quarter. I would now like to turn the call over to Richard who will take us through a review of our financial results for the third quarter. I will then provide additional comments on the results and say a few words about the outlook for the next few quarters. Following our formal remarks, we will look forward to taking your questions.
