Good morning. Welcome and thank you for joining the call to review our fourth quarter results. I hope by now you've all had a chance to review the earnings release documents. As usual, they're available, including the earnings presentation that we'll be referring to during the call on the investor relations section of bankofamerica.com's website. I'm going to first turn the call over to our CEO, Brian Moynihan, for some opening comments and then ask Paul D'Onofrio, our CFO, to cover the details of the quarter.
