Brooks, thank you. Good morning, and welcome, everyone, to review our second quarter earnings call. We appreciate all of you taking the time to listen in. Joining me on the call today are Chairman and CEO Roberto Herencia, our CFO, Lindsey Corby, our Chief Credit Officer, Mark Fusinato, and our Treasurer, Tom Bell. Before we get into the heart of the call this morning, we want to comment on the CFO transition we announced in conjunction with our earnings release yesterday.
