Good morning. Thank you for joining Dow's first quarter earnings call.

I am Pankaj Gupta, Vice President of Dow Investor Relations, and joining me today on the call are Jim Fideling, Dow's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Howard Underlyder, President and Chief Financial Officer. On slide two, you will see our agenda for the call. Jim will begin by reviewing our first quarter and operating segment performance. Howard will share our outlook and modeling guidance, as well as how Dow's competitive advantages are driving resilient earnings and cash flow while positioning the company for value growth. Jim will then provide an update on how our in-flight actions raise our underlying mid-cycle EBITDA above pre-pandemic levels while also advancing on our path to zero carbon emissions.
