In addition to Katie, I am pleased to be joined on the call today by Jim Allen, our Chief Financial Officer, and Mark Walker, our recently promoted Chief Operating Officer. Mark joined Four Star in 2019 as our East Region President, and over time also became responsible for our operations in the Mid-Atlantic, North, and Texas regions. I'd like to take a brief moment to have Mark introduce himself before we get started.
