Hey, thanks, Carly. Good morning, everybody. Thanks for participating in our first Q&A only session covering fourth quarter and full year 2025 results. I would remind everybody to refer to the forward-looking statements commentary we included in our prepared remarks yesterday, which I hope you all took the opportunity to listen to or read.
