Thank you, Operator. Good morning, and thank you for joining us today to discuss Myovant's corporate updates and review the financial results of Mirovan's fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year 2021. Joining me for today's call are Dave Merrick, Mirovan's chief executive officer, Lauren Merendino, chief commercial officer, and Dr. Juan Camilo Arbuna, chief medical officer. Today we will be referring to our fourth fiscal quarter representing the three months ended March 31st, 2022 as our fourth quarter or Q4 throughout this presentation.
