Thanks, Carrie, and good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us on today's call. On this afternoon's call, we'll discuss our business performance during the 2021 first quarter, provide some insights into the recovery of our industries, and review our liquidity position. David will provide business updates for Pursuit shortly, and after that, I'll share some business updates for GES. Ellen will cover our liquidity and financial results towards the end of the call.
