Hello, it's my pleasure to share with you today our Q1 2022 revenues. Capgemini has delivered an excellent start to the year with a further acceleration compared to the already strong growth achieved in Q4 last year. This is our fourth consecutive quarter with double digit growth. With revenues of 5,167,000,000 euros in Q1, we have reached a record level of 17.7% constant currency growth. And with 16.3% organic growth, it's certainly one of the best quarters in the history of the Group. It clearly demonstrates the change of the Group's growth profile. Our strategy and our capabilities, coupled with our strong industry focus, enable us to be positioned as our clients' key partners for their most ambitious transformations. All sectors have progressed in Q1, and most of them significantly during this quarter. For example, consumer goods saw an almost 25% growth. Public sector grew by nearly 23% and we achieved growth above 21% in manufacturing. Capgemini's performance was also strong in terms of geography. All group regions reported double-digit growth. For example, the UK and Ireland grew by 21.3%, the US binary 17% and the APAC region reached the figure of 42.6%. In a nutshell, we are taking full advantage of the structural client demand for digital transformation. Indeed, we have made the right choices for our portfolio of capabilities and offerings. And we also invest in the future to be at the forefront of innovation. We attract and we retain the best talent, offering exciting career opportunities everywhere. We now have more than 340,000 employees worldwide, 16,000 more than three months ago. And of course, I can't end this message about Q1 activity without sharing a special thought for our Ukrainian colleagues who are showing exceptional courage and resilience. Like Ayman, our CEO, I would like to thank all our employees around the world, especially in Poland and Romania, for their great solidarity in these difficult times.
