Thank you for standing by. Welcome to Vesta's fourth quarter 2021 results conference call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. Following the presentation, we will conduct a question and answer session. Instructions will be given at that time for you to queue up for questions. If anyone should require operator assistance for the conference, please press star zero on your telephone keypad. I'll now turn the call over to today's host, Ms. Maria Fernanda Bettinger, Vestas Investor Relations Officer, please go ahead.
Thank you, Sherry, and good morning. Welcome to Vestas Conference Call to review our fourth quarter 2021 results. We'll begin today's discussion with remarks from Lorenzo Dominique Vero, Chief Executive Officer, Laura Ramirez, Vestas ESG Director, followed by the financial highlights from the quarter by Juan Sotil, Chief Financial Officer. Following their prepared remarks, there will be a Q&A session. Yesterday, we issued our earnings press release after market closed, also available on the investor section of Vesta's website. Before we begin, I'd like to remind you that our call will include projections and other forward-looking statements, and it's important to note that actual results could differ materially from those projected. Vesta undertakes no obligation to update or revise publicly any forward-looking statements, because of new information, future events, or other factors. Investors are urged to carefully review various disclosures made by the company, including the risk and other information disclosure in the company's filing with the Mexican Stock Exchange. In particular, uncertainty remains about the duration and impact of COVID-19 pandemic. This means results could change at any time due to a pandemic impact on the company's business results. Management outlook is therefore a best estimate facing information available as of today's date. Finally, notes are all figured, including hearings were prepared in accordance with IFRS and are stated in nominal US dollars, unless otherwise noted. With that, I will now turn the call over to Lorenzo Vero.
Thank you, Fernanda. And thank you all for joining us today.
