So it was an intensive start until February to ensure that the production kept the quality we wanted with all the tests that it means and also automate tests and also train so that they have the right flow so that it will be a good production pace simply for us to be able to deliver volumes. With a tight deadline, we delivered this in the end of February to our partner in the Netherlands, who then successfully started to put out doses. And that has also been an exciting but challenging thing to get out many machines at the same time on a new market. The biggest challenge there has been above all that there are many more doses than we were used to. We also thought that we would be around 3-4 different dosage bag types we need to set up Dozell with and it turned out to be around 40. So it has been a technical challenge and tough. It has also been to set up the customer journey because our partner in Holland has developed their own customer journey connected to Dozell. and which also needs to be fine-tuned in order to be used. So it has been tough, but educational for both us and our partners. And now we have several machines running and these thousands will be activated here and installed here in the near future. And many of them have already come out. So it's a very good start for us, I would say. Good.

So you talked about some of the challenges that you are facing along the way with the product in Holland. Have you overcome these challenges? Are you at the level and quality that you want?

speaker
Anders Segerström
Chief Executive Officer

We have the biggest parts, absolutely. Then we have things we want to adjust, but that's more about nice to have than must have. So there are things that you can change, instead of one step explaining how to charge, then maybe we divide it into two steps. And it's small things, just to make sure that it's as easy and user-friendly as possible, despite minimal training, maybe for some in staff, if you put in a new one and so on.

I understand. So, in summary, you would still say that it's on track in the Netherlands?

speaker
Anders Segerström
Chief Executive Officer

Absolutely, it is an incredible success. There are many factors. It is a partner who has a new customer journey. We have a product that is going to be released on a completely new market with many bags of doses. We have patients who are used to a different medical robot that is now being released with ours, who also need to be trained. We have staff who previously worked with another medical robot, so then I will have a training of ours. And there are many who go out at the same time. So of course it is a complex challenge, but I would say that we have handled it well together with our partner.

Nice. And last year, Van Dozell also won the negotiation in the Västra Götalandsregion. How is the status there now?

speaker
Anders Segerström
Chief Executive Officer

It has been part of it to get started so that you can prescribe. It's going down and the opportunity to prescribe. Now it's just a matter of marketing and getting the information out so that the different parts that can prescribe, that is, sister and a doctor can prescribe that they know about it and how to do it the easiest way. And from there we have also brought in a person who is from the Gothenburg region who will go around and market what Linda will focus on. So we think we can get a good volume. It is important to get the volume up quickly here, so we aim to get a That will be an effect of it in the future. Good.

And the status with Spain, TMED, that you signed a contract with, what happened there?

speaker
Anders Segerström
Chief Executive Officer

Yes, that's also why we did this fast targeted emissions, because we feel that we are too few in the product department. They have wanted to get started here already in April, but with everything that has been focused on here in the Netherlands, we have not been able to direct any resources to our product department to ensure that we get Spain started. So right now, the plan is somewhere in May, last June, that we are done with the digital product development work that needs to be done so that they can start selling. Is it comprehensive work that needs to be done? No, but there is a bit that needs to be done. It's more that we have so few resources, so it's more that we need to put in the time that is needed.

And now we are here at the end of April. How do you see the time ahead for the summer? What are the biggest opportunities, the biggest challenges according to you?

speaker
Anders Segerström
Chief Executive Officer

Well, as I said, the Netherlands will continue. We will make sure that all these thousands are there as soon as possible, so they need to order more and can come up with more. Spain, as I said, the company with T-Media, they don't just have Spain, they also have Portugal and then they also have France now. So they have a total of 1,400 pharmacies that use their dosage packaging machine, which they then want to do this concept with. to reach out to the consumer market. We also have a dialogue on how we can reach out to healthcare companies and the business market in those countries together. And then we have VGR. So a lot of focus on the Netherlands, VGR, and then of course more parts of Sweden. We see that demand is starting to come out, interest in Tocel is starting to increase in Sweden. So there are very positive signals right now. And then, together with T-Media in Spain primarily, which can lead to more countries as well. So we have a lot we want to do, and we will make sure to get as much as possible started here before the summer, so that we get the snowfall effect started, which means that we, during the second half of the year, have partners who have machines that will successfully get started more and more.
