Welcome everyone. In connection with the fact that we are releasing the quarter support for Q3, we have an interview with the CEO Anders Kegelström to get a deeper understanding of where the company is today. Welcome Anders!

speaker
Anders Kegelström
CEO

Thanks Marius. I would also like to take the opportunity to say that we have Marius Sandberg with us today, who has been our new CFO for a few weeks now. I am very grateful to have Marius on board. Can you give a short explanation of who you are and what made you attracted to this service?

speaker
Marius Sandberg
CFO

Absolutely. Above all, it was the team and the company's goal to improve society. I have a prior knowledge of product development and this kind of company that has challenges with capital. In connection with you Anders and the remaining team, you really get the feeling that we have a strong community here and a very good future. That's great to hear. Thank you. If we then connect to the Q3 report, we see a very large increase in turnover compared to the previous year. How will it look forward Anders?

speaker
Anders Kegelström
CEO

The turnover has mostly been the case. The product has started to come into use out there. We have now helped hundreds of thousands of people where we have given them the right gas at the right time. We have also started to get out many products that we have sold to our partners that increase turnover pretty well. But the great potential comes when all of these are active, we take a recurring license income every month from every unit that is in operation. This is increasing successively all the time and as soon as our partner teams are coming to an end, they will need to put more and more will come in. As it looks forward, as I also mentioned in the statement, we are now finally starting to see a trend and we can start to measure how much we increase every month from every market. We will continue to measure this during the quarter, but we feel that we are finally at a stage where we can, both to our existing shareholders and to new shareholders, be able to give better forecasts so that we can also understand what kind of company I actually own or want to own and what the potential is over one to five years in the media, the pace we are now actually increasing with.

Very exciting, very exciting. And you also mentioned in the statement a collaboration with Spain. What does that mean for the company and can you develop it?

speaker
Anders Kegelström
CEO

Yes, Team EDE, and I have mentioned it several times before, but I will mention it again, is especially in the remark that they are a distributor of the machines themselves which then the local pharmacy makes that they can pack medicines on the dosage bags themselves. And Docel, which is a pharmaceutical robot, is built on that you must have medicine on dosage bags from the ground, otherwise we are unable to use it. They have developed a concept that they call Savio Home and had a big launch here last week where they had taken in the 150 largest pharmacies they collaborate with to launch this concept. And the concept works in such a way that it is also integrated into the system they use to pack the dosage medicine, which means that pharmacies will also be able to get data and information about their patients around them. So that's a unique concept. I would say that the first, at least I know of in Europe, where the data is returned directly to the pharmacies and the medicine is packed to their patients. And to begin with, it will be a consumer version of it, but it will soon, during next year, also start to be sold to health companies in Spain. And Team EDE, they are in Spain, but they are also in Portugal and France, so this will be spread to

more markets later. Exciting journey through Spain, it will be very interesting to see. If we continue there, what markets are there today and how will it look in the near future?

speaker
Anders Kegelström
CEO

Yes, Spain, if we just sum it up, sales will start a little bit this year, but I will say that it is a little larger volume we will see from the yearbook and forward. In relation to the market we are growing most on right now, it is going very well there and we will continue to increase there. And then also in Sweden we will start to see the big breakthrough where the municipalities start to question our type of product against others on the market. And we have several municipalities that have started to get started or that are already planning to get started. But the Swedish market has been a little slow, it has taken some time to get this type of change. But what we see on the Swedish market is interesting, especially this year, is that we notice that all municipalities really understand that they need to make the change now. They cannot work the way they work today, but they need to take a step towards digitalizing the care to be able to provide quality care. And we see that the drug robot is one of the most important factors to be able to do that. What I know is that the drug robot, and then there is the digital lock, night vision and alarm, which are the things that are most focused on now to meet the need. In addition to that, we see the Norwegian market as a near time, where we now have several partners. And we also went out with, in the context of the fact that we are doing the new launch now, where the Norwegian market will also start to sell 3.0 that we went out with earlier this year. Then we also do a collaboration with a company called Randstad, where they will be specialists in the implementation itself. And they will work with all our sales partners to ensure the implementation phase, which also makes our sales partners focus on the sales and then get the sales on a larger front.

Very good, so we will see many more markets. Very fun to hear. Regarding the collaboration there, as you mentioned that we have, we have a new clock that is connected to the docell. What does that mean? Can you explain?

speaker
Anders Kegelström
CEO

Yes, and there is also a return to what our basic functionality and vision and thought is with, not only docell, but iSafe will ensure that the person takes the right medicine at the right time, and we will do it with digital tools and both systems and products. So we will do it with the docell 1, in the long run we will develop the PILOX part much more, we have great potential in it. Then we want to sell it here with partners who can integrate it into a total solution. And if we look at the clock, it is such a clear example where our partner SAFE just integrates the docell into their system, and then in the same system they have integrated this clock. And then the reason why we do this is that docell should do one thing at the right time, then with the help of all the other products you still have, docell should be able to do even better and get them to cooperate with each other. And this clock acts as a safety alarm, but together with docell you also get the information that you should take your medicine to the clock, you see clearly in the text on the clock that it is time to take your medicine, which means that you can also be outside your home and get the reminder that you should take your medicine early and simply, and the clock can also be used for other things than just connected to the drug robot. And this is how we want to work with our partners, and as the partners grow, these different solutions will also continue to

grow. Great, so to summarize a little, we have an increasing turnover that continues, we have new markets that are coming forward and we have different collaborations that are coming. But how will the company move forward and work with stock insurance?

speaker
Anders Kegelström
CEO

What we have had as a plan internally throughout this year is that we have to focus on the organization and get the solution up, we need to get the sales up, we need to set up all these businesses and see that we actually increase every month, we can somehow communicate with what we actually increase. So that has been the ambition throughout this year and we see that we will be able to close it, which means that next year, as I also mention in the next quarterly report, we will start talking more about what potential companies are, what you actually invest in. And in the meantime, we also want to show that every quarterly report that we actually follow these parts and that you see growth, you see when it can be both profitable and also in view of what the potential for turnover can be within the company every year and then forward. So next year, we will focus on understanding as shareholders what the company is going to do and we want to communicate clearly with the current shareholders but also clearly with new shareholders who want to be part of this journey forward. Because it is an exciting journey ahead of us and we are taking a very clear distance now that we really should get both turnover and active machines out there.

speaker
Marius Sandberg
CFO

Absolutely an exciting journey and as you say, it will be very interesting to follow. Thank you very much Anders. Thank you Marius.
