Welcome everyone. In connection with the release of Q3 support for Q3, we have an interview with CEO Anders Segerström to get a deeper knowledge of where the company is today. Welcome, Anders.
Thank you, Marius. I would also like to take the opportunity to say that we have Marius Sandberg with us here today, who is also our new CFO a few weeks back. And I am very grateful to have Marius on board. Can you give a brief explanation of who you are and what made you become attracted to this service?
Absolutely. Above all, it was the team's and the company's goal to improve society. I have earlier knowledge in product development and this kind of company that has challenges related to capital. And then, in connection with you, Anders, and the rest of the team, you really get a feeling that we have a strong community here and a very good future. Cool, it's fun to have you on board. Thank you. Yes, so if we connect to the Q3 report, we see a very large increase in revenue compared to the previous year during the same period. How will it look in the future, Anders?
Yes, the increase in revenue has largely been due to the fact that the product has started to come into use. It is used out there. We have now helped hundreds of thousands of times where we have given the right medicine at the right time. But then we have also started to get many hardware that we have sold to our partners that increases the turnover. In the short term, pretty good. But the big potential comes when all of these become active, so we take a recurring license income every month from each unit that is running. And this is increasing now successively all the time, and as our partner teams start to close, they will then have to place more, and then more will come. And as it looks forward, as I also mention in the CEO word, we are now finally beginning to see a trend and we can start to measure how much we increase every month from each market. And we will continue to measure this during the quarter to see, but we feel that we are finally at a stage where we can, against both existing shareholders but also new shareholders, be able to give better forecasts so that you can also understand what kind of company I actually own or want to own and what is the potential over one to five years in the media, the pace we are now actually increasing with.
Very exciting. You also mentioned a collaboration with Spain. What does that mean for the company and how can you develop it?
Yes, 3Medi, and I have mentioned it several times before, but I mention it again, is especially in the remark that they are a distributor of the machines themselves that local pharmacies make it possible to pack medicines on the dosage bags themselves. And Dosell, as a pharmaceutical robot, is based on the fact that you basically have to have medicine on the dosage bags, otherwise it is impossible to use it. And they have developed a concept that they call Savio Home and had a big launch here last week where they had brought in the 150 largest pharmacies that they collaborated with to launch this concept. The concept works in such a way that it is also integrated into the system used to package medicine. This means that pharmacies will also be able to get data and information about their patients they take care of. So this is a unique concept. I would say that it is the first, at least I know of, in Europe where the data is returned directly to the pharmacies that package the medicine to their patients. In the beginning, it will be a consumer version, but it will soon be sold to healthcare companies in Spain. T-media is available in Spain, Portugal and France, so this will be expanded to more markets.
It will be very interesting to see if you continue there on which markets we are today and how it will look in the near future.
Yes, in Spain, if I sum it up, sales will start a little bit this year, but I will say that it is a slightly larger volume than we will see from the yearbook onwards. The Netherlands is the market we are growing most on right now. It's going very well there and we will continue to increase there. And then also in Sweden, we are finally starting to see the big breakthrough, where the municipalities are starting to question our type of product against others on the market. And we have several municipalities that have started or have already planned to start. But the Swedish market has been a bit slow, it has taken some time to get this type of change out. However, what we see in the Swedish market as interesting, especially this year, is that we notice that all municipalities really understand that they need to change their work now. They can't work the way they work today, but they need to take a step to digitalize healthcare in order to be able to provide quality care. where we see that the medical robot is one of the most important factors to be able to do that. What I know is that the medical robot, digital lock, night vision and fall alarm are the things that are most focused on now to meet the need. In addition, we see Norwegian markets in the near future, where we now have several partners and we also went out with in connection with the new launch where the Norwegian market will also start selling Dozell 3.0 that we went out with earlier this year. we also do a collaboration with a company called Randstad, where they will be specialists in the implementation itself. They will work with all of our sales partners to ensure the implementation phase, which also means that our sales partners can focus on sales and get sales out on a larger scale.
Very good, so we will see many more markets. Very fun to hear. Regarding the collaboration that you mentioned that we have, we have a new clock that is connected to the cell. What does that mean? Can you develop?
Yes, and that is also back to what Our basic functionality, vision and thoughts are not only with Docelle, but iSafe will ensure that the person takes the right medicine at the right time and will do it with digital tools, both systems and products. Where Docelle is one, in the long term we will develop the Ploxa part much more, we have a lot of potential in it. Then we want to sell this with partners who can integrate it into a total solution. And if we look at the clock, it is such a clear example where our partner SAFE just integrates the cell into their system. And then in the same system, they have integrated this clock. And then it works. Why? Why we want to go this way is that Docelle will do one thing in the right medicine at the right time. Then, with the help of all the other products you still have, you will be able to make Docelle even better and get them to cooperate with each other. And this clock then acts as a safety alarm, but together with Docelle you also get the information that you should take your medicine to the clock, you see see clearly in the text on the clock that it is time to take medicine, which means that you can also be outside your home and get the reminder that you should take your medicine early and easily. And the clock can also be used for other things than just connected to the medical robot. And this is how we want to work with our partners, and as the partners grow, these different solutions will also continue to grow.
Very good. To summarize, we have an increasing turnover that continues, we have new markets that are emerging and we have different collaborations that are coming. But how will the company move forward and work with stock care?
What we have internally planned this year is that we have to focus on the organization and get the profitability. We need to get sales, we need to set up all these businesses and see that we actually increase every month. We can somehow also communicate with what we are actually looking for. So that has been the ambition throughout the year and there we see that we will be able to close it. This means that from next year, as I also mention in the next quarterly report, we will start to talk more about what potential there is in the company. What is it that you actually invest in? And in line with that, we also want to show that in every quarterly report, that we actually follow these parts and that you see growth. You see when it can be both profitable and also in the long term. what the potential for turnover can be within the company every year and then forward. So next year, much more focus will be put on understanding as an shareholder what the company is going to do. And we want to communicate this both clearly to existing shareholders, but also clearly to attracting new shareholders who want to be part of this journey forward. Because it is an exciting journey ahead of us and we are taking a very clear step now that we really get both revenue and active machines out there.
Absolutely an exciting journey and as you say, it will be very, very interesting to follow. Thank you very much Anders. Thank you, Marius.
